له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ملي ادارې او د IRC موسسې ترمنځ د لاسلیک شوي هوکړه لیک له مخې، د لوګر ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د یادې موسسې په مالي ملاتړ، د یاد ولایت د مرکز اړوند په کلیو کې ۶۳۷ زیانمنونکو کورنیو ته له سروې وروسته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې.
په دې لړۍ کې د مسؤلینو په شتون کې هرې کورنۍ ته د درېیم او څلورم قسط ۵,۶۰۰ افغانۍ ووېشل شوې چې ټولټال ۳,۵۶۷,۲۰۰ (۳ میلیونه، ۵۶۷ زره او ۲۰۰) افغانۍ د یاد شمېر کورنیو لپاره ځانګړې شوې وې.
