د سمنګان ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست، هغو ۳۲۰ بزګرانو ته چې په خرم سارباغ او حضرت سلطان ولسوالیو کې د سېلابونو او ږلۍ وریدو له امله کرنیز محصولات یې له منځه تللي وو، له سروې وروسته خوراکي مرستې ووېشلې.

په دې بهیر کې، د مسؤلینو په شتون کې هر بزګر ته یوه بورۍ ۵۰ کیلویي غنم او د ترافیک پولیس یو تن مستحق کارکوونکي ته یوه بورۍ ۵۰ کیلویي غنم، د پخلنځي یو کېټ او یو کارټن خوراکي توکي ووېشل شول.
