موسسه RRAA در هماهنگی با ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت لوگر، برای 3200 خانواده مستحق و بی‌بضاعت در ولسوالی‌های خروار و آزر آن ولایت کمک نقدی توزیع کرد.
این روند که 1800 خانواده را در ولسوالی خروار و 1400 خانواده را در ولسوالی آزار تحت پوشش قرار می‌داد، برای هر خانواده مبلغ  5300 افغانی مساعدت صورت گرفت.
