د بلخ ولایت له پېښو سره د مبارزې آمادګۍ ریاست د ACTED موسسې په ملاتړ، د شولګرې ولسوالۍ په تاجک، ایل تن او جر محمد کریم کلیو کې د سېلابونو له امله ۹۷ زیانمنو کورنیو ته نغدي مرستې ووېشلې. 
په دې لړۍ کې هرې کورنۍ د ۳۰۰ ډالرو معادل ۲۰،۱۵۰ افغانۍ ترلاسه کړې.
له دې مخکې هم یادو کورنیو د نړیوالو سازمانونو له لوري خوراکي او غیرخوراکي مرستې ترلاسه کړې وې.
