The Acting Head of ANDMA had a Visit to the Flood-Affected Areas of Deh Sabz District, Kabul

Today on Monday, His Excellency Mullah Nooruddin Turabi, the Acting Head of Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, visited the flood-affected areas of Deh Sabz District in Kabul Province, which were impacted by the recent floods.
During the visit, the Head of the Authority closely assessed the situation in the areas affected by heavy rainfall and flooding. He met and held discussions with local residents, listening attentively to their problems, challenges, requests, and suggestions. He emphasized that addressing the needs of those affected is among the top priorities of the Authority.
Expressing his sympathy with the families who suffered losses due to this natural disaster, His Excellency Turabi assured that immediate assistance would soon be distributed to the affected individuals in coordination with relevant institutions and partner organizations.
He also directed the Authority’s technical teams to expedite the survey process while simultaneously addressing the urgent needs of the affected population.
Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority calls upon all government institutions, charitable organisations and international bodies to provide the necessary cooperation to comprehensively address the urgent needs of the flood-affected residents of Deh Sabz District.
