در این دیدار در مورد چگونگی مدیریت حوادث در سطح محلات و نیز اماده گی و رسیده گی عاجل کمک های بشری برای متضررین ناشی از حوادث به ویژه در فصل زمستان بحث و تبادل نظر کردند.
وزیر دولت در امور رسیدگی به حوادث روی هماهنگی ادارات محلی در قسمت مدیریت، سروی و توزیع کمک ها برای متضررین صحبت نموده و خواهان همکاری و هماهنگی ادارات محلی شد.
رئیس اداره مستقل ارگانهای محلی از پلان ها و طرح های وزارت دولت در امور رسیده گی استقبال نموده، اطمینان داد که ادارات محلی در قسمت تطبیق پروگرام ها با این وزارت همکاری خواهند نمود.
