د خوست ولایت پیښو پر وړاندي چمتووالي ریاست د دی ولایت کډوالو او راستنیدونکو چارو ریاست سره په همغږي، ۳۹ کورنیو ته چي په دریو میاشتو کي د پکتیا، پکتیکا او کندز ولایتونو څخه د جنګ او ناامني له امله بیځای او خوست ولایت په مرکز کي ځای پر ځای شوي، هري کورني ته غیر خوراکي توکي او نغدي پیسي وویشلي.
په دی مرستو کي، ۱۸ زره افغاني د IRC موسسی لخوا او یو هایجن کیټ د DACAAR موسسی لخوا شاملي وی، د موظف شوي پلاوي په ګ‌‌ډون هري کورني ته وویشل شوی.
