Tents Set Up for Earthquake-Affected Families in Chawkay District, Kunar Province

Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority, with the support of partner organizations, has set up tents in Chawkay District to assist families affected by the recent earthquake.
These tents have been erected in the Dere Diwagul area and Badezo village to provide temporary shelter and relative safety for affected families against potential future incidents.
This initiative is part of an emergency aid program for affected families, and comprehensive assessments to determine the extent of the damage, along with the distribution of additional necessary aid, are ongoing.
It is worth noting that coordination with national and international organizations will continue to provide further assistance, including food supplies, healthcare services, and other essential needs.
