ریاست مبارزه با حواوث ولایت بغلان، برای ۱۵۰ خانواده که از اثر جنگ و ناامنی از ولسوالیهای بغلان مرکزی، دهنه غوری، نهرین و ساحات مرکزی آن ولایت بیجا و در شهر پلخمری جابجا شده بودند، بعد از سروی به هر خانواده مواد غذایی توزیع نمود.
این کمکها شامل؛ ۴۹ کیلو برنج، ۴۹ کیلو آرد، ۱۰ کیلو روغن، ۷ کیلو شکر و یک کیلو چای سهم هر خانواده بوده که برای شان توزیع گردید.
