ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت پروان در همکاری با دفتر DRC، برای ۱۲۷ خانواده که از جنگ در ولسوالی‌های شینواری و سیاگرد بی‌جا ودر شهر چاریکار جابجا شده بودند، بعد از سروی، به هر خانواده مبلغ ۲۸هزار افغانی پول نقد و یک‌ بسته صحی توزیع نمود.
