بر اساس توافق‌نامه‌ای که میان مؤسسه اسلامیک ریلیف و اداره ملی آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث امضا شده است، با هماهنگی ریاست آمادگی مبارزه با حوادث ولایت کندهار، برای ۳۲ خانواده در ولسوالی ارغستان که از سیلاب‌های اخیر آسیب دیده بودند، کمک نقدی توزیع گردید.
در این کمک‌ها، برای ۲۷ خانواده قسط سوم به مبلغ ۶۷۶۰۰ افغانی و برای ۵ خانواده دیگر به منظور ترمیم خانه‌هایشان هر یک ۱۰۹۰۰ افغانی توزیع شد.
